What is Laser Tattoo Removal and How Does it Work?
Laser Tattoo Removal is the process of using laser light to break up the ink in a tattoo so that your body will absorb it naturally over time. The laser wavelengths pass through the surface layers of the skin, where the light is absorbed by the tattooed pigments, which breaks them into smaller particles. Your body’s immune system then removes the fragmented tattoo particles. After several weeks you will see your tattoo fading away.

How much does laser tattoo removal cost?
The cost does vary from tattoo to tattoo. Please call the studio to set up a consult so that we can personally assess your tattoo and tattoo removal needs.

Will I need more than one laser tattoo removal treatment?
There are many factors that determine the amount of treatments needed to remove a tattoo. The location, depth, size, and color can all affect the amount of treatments required. Individual results will vary and there is no 100% guarantee in the tattoo’s removal. For the maximum ink removal multiple treatments are recommended. Treatments should be scheduled 4 to 6 weeks apart.

Is the laser tattoo removal treatment painful?
Removing the tattoo with a laser can be uncomfortable. The pulsing light feels similar to the snap of a rubber band. If you can tolerate getting a tattoo you will be able to tolerate the removal.
